Christmas
We hope that everyone had a very blessed Christmas and look forward to this new year. We have had a wonderful Christmas, with lots of family time playing games, playing Wii, going bowling, and going to the movies. We feel very fortunate to have all this time together. And I have been feeling much better since I began my second trimester, even getting more energy! The following pictures show what a blessed Christmas we had. Paul's mother came and spent Christmas Eve and Christmas night with us and his dad spent Christmas day with us too. We had quite a nice dinner. We give each of the kids 3 presents, just as Christ received gold, frankincense, and myrrh and we get a few "family" gifts, plus stockings. They also receive presents from grandparents, great-grandparents, and aunts & uncles. They do not lack anything. I feel very blessed by that, but also feel that we did a much better job keeping things in control this year. Like my dear Seattle friend, Kerri Kincaid, I, too, feel that somehow our culture has gotten out of control on this whole "Christmas present thing". Anyways, I digress. So here are some photos that highlight our Christmas...

Our Disney World Souvenir
Well, it turns out that Disney World truly is a magical place. It seems we brought home an extra souvenir. We will be welcoming "Little Rufus", as the kids call the baby in mommy's tummy, in mid-June. We are in the 2nd trimester and hoping for better health. I have been pretty exhausted and had lots of morning sickness, all day, for almost 8 weeks. It has been yucky. We are very excited about our newest addition and pray that the Lord gives us all the patience and grace needed to raise 4 kids! NOTE: "Rufus" is just the joke name we use to call the baby---since it will have to be an "R" name. We will not tell anyone the name until the baby is born.

Disney On Ice
Look Who Turned 3!!!!!!
I can't believe that my baby girl just turned 3! We took her to Red Robin to celebrate her b-day dinner the night Grammer flew in for a visit. She enjoyed them singing to her and getting to eat her yummy ice cream sundae. Grammer then took her to Build-A-Bear workshop where she chose to make a special birthday puppy. It was very cute. Then on Saturday, we celebrated her b-day with friends and family with a Mickey Mouse party. We felt quite blessed.
